My passion is sustainable and responsible tourism. Our self-sufficient eco-lifestyle has been our dream since 2000 and over the past 20 years, we have built our loved Antbear Lodge. We started with straw bale construction, sourced local materials from the farm itself and have continued with cob, rammed earth, sun-dried bricks and have even built a luxury cave as an accommodation unit. We have a farm to plate concept using our organic vegetable garden, own chickens for eggs, we bake our own artisanal bread and even make our own cheese from our own milk. This is our life and our passion
